Ceropegia woodii, commonly known as 'String of Hearts' or 'Rosary Vine', is a coveted succulent species among collectors. Its trailing stems boast heart-shaped leaves with a distinctive pattern of white and green, while its trumpet-shaped flowers dazzle in shades of pink and purple.
If there is a risk of a Hard frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny window or under a grow light.
