Sempervivum 'Onyx'

Sempervivum 'Onyx' is a striking, hardy succulent that features dark, jewel-toned rosettes with deep shades of purple and red. The fleshy leaves have a pointed, triangular shape and are coated with a subtle, powdery coating that enhances its rich color. As it matures, 'Onyx' can deepen in hue, turning almost black in the center of the rosette, creating a dramatic and bold effect. This cultivar is well-suited to dry, rocky gardens or containers, as it thrives in well-draining soil and is highly drought-tolerant. During the summer months, Sempervivum 'Onyx' may produce star-shaped flowers in shades of pink or yellow, adding a contrasting pop of color.
