During the spring and summer months, Sempervivum primarily grow and thrive with weekly watering and partial shade in temperatures above 80F. These plants are highly resilient to frost and can endure winter months under a blanket of snow. However, to prevent rot, it is important to protect them from heavy rains and standing water.
