The Tricolor Stonecrop, also known as Phedimus spurius and Sedum spurium variegatum, is a variegated cultivar that can display three distinct colors when grown in full sun. Although not found in the wild, this cold hardy succulent is a popular ground cover due to its fast growth and ability to withstand droughts, frosts, and poor soil conditions. It features wide, thin leaves and reaches a height of approximately 4.0". With regular watering in the growing season, it will spread quickly and densely. The plant also produces pink, star-shaped flowers in the summer that attract pollinators, while in the winter it goes partially dormant and sheds some leaves, which regrow in the spring.
Please Note: Plant will ship bare root with little to no dirt, and you will receive a plant similar to the one in the photo. Fragile: leaves may curl, fall off, or bruise during shipping. Will recover with proper light, water, and leaf shedding.
