Pachyphytum 'Hookeri' is a succulent plant with spindle-shaped leaves that form clustered rosettes in the beginning, but become more spaced out on the upper part of the stems as it grows up to 12 inches (30 cm) tall. The leaves are green, glaucous, or sometimes reddish, measuring up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length, 0.7 inches (1.8 cm) in width, and 0.15 inches (1.1 cm) in thickness. This plant blooms in spring, producing tubular to bell-shaped flowers that are 0.35 inches (0.9 cm) long, with rose-colored to red or green-tipped sepals and rose-colored or yellowish petals. The flowers appear on arching, rose-colored to red, up to 14 inches (35 cm) long stalks.
