Peperomia 'Owl Eye' 'Raindrops'

The Owl Eye Peperomia, also known as Raindrop Peperomia, can reach heights and widths of up to 12 to 15 inches. It stands out from other Peperomia plants with its distinctive heart-shaped, waxy leaves that are a vibrant shade of green and feature a striking white "eye" at the base of each stem. This low-maintenance plant is pet-friendly and has air-cleansing properties. It thrives in bright, indirect light and can even do well in fluorescent lighting. To keep this plant happy, allow its soil to mostly dry out between waterings and provide it with a bit of humidity, either through a tray of pebbles and water or a nearby humidifier. For optimal growth, use a well-draining soil, such as peat-based compost, and water deeply enough until water runs out of the drainage hole before allowing the soil to dry out completely.
