Kalanchoe sexangularis (Brown): Attractive, scalloped leaves on tall stems. When exposed to direct sun or temperatures around 40F, the edges and undersides of the leaves develop bright red stress colors. This plant is native to South Africa, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe, where it thrives in partial sun on rocky slopes. It is a fast-growing and low-maintenance plant, making it a great addition to any container arrangement. Although its stems may become leggy with age, it responds well to rigorous pruning.
