Hoya kerrii, commonly known as the Sweetheart Plant or Valentine Hoya, is a charming vining succulent native to Southeast Asia, prized for its thick, heart-shaped leaves. While often sold as a single-leaf cutting in small pots, Hoya kerrii is actually a slow-growing climbing or trailing vine that can reach several feet in length with proper care. Its fleshy leaves store water, making it relatively drought-tolerant, and it prefers bright, indirect light with well-draining soil. Mature plants may produce clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers that range from white to pale pink with reddish centers. Easy to care for and visually appealing, Hoya kerrii Vine is a popular choice for hanging baskets or as a romantic gift plant, especially around Valentine's Day.
