Haworthia attenuata var. glabrata is a distinctive and elegant succulent known for its smooth, slender, tapering leaves that form tight, star-like rosettes. A variation of the more commonly known Haworthia attenuata, this variety is characterized by its lack of raised white tubercles on the leaf surfaces, giving it a smoother, glossier appearance compared to its rougher-textured relatives. Native to South Africa, Haworthia attenuata var. glabrata thrives in bright, indirect light and well-draining soil, making it ideal for indoor growing or shaded outdoor arrangements. Its compact size and minimal water needs make it especially suited for small containers, windowsills, and low-maintenance plant collections. Occasionally, it produces slender flower stalks with small, tubular white blooms, adding a delicate touch to its sculptural form.
