Graptoveria 'Opalina' (Echeveria colorata × Graptopetalum amethystinum) (Grim): This succulent has a shimmering rosette and requires minimal care. It prefers partial sunlight and will display a powdery blue-green color with a layer of farina. With more exposure to sunlight, the edges will turn pink. The leaves are distinct and upright, forming an 8.0" wide rosette. 'Opalina' is a relatively fast grower and will produce clusters of offsets at the base of the mother rosette. It thrives in sunny areas and in well-draining pots and soil. Water deeply and only when the soil is fully dry. Over time, it may develop trailing stems up to 8.0" under each rosette. Luckily, 'Opalina' is simple to propagate and can be kept compact with occasional trimming.
