Euphorbia Medusoid Hybrid

Euphorbia Medusoid Hybrid plants are easily identifiable, resembling Medusa from Greek mythology with a central head and multiple snake-like branches. These branches can vary in size and spacing, but the thickened stem at the center always serves as a caudex and storage area for nutrients and moisture. During extended periods of drought, the plant may shed its arms but will regrow them once rainfall returns. With proper care, cultivation of these plants is straightforward, as long as watering is avoided during dormancy periods. These plants typically have two dormant periods, a longer one during the winter and a shorter one during the height of summer.

Be aware that the sap of this plant is toxic and should not be touched by children or pets. If you happen to come into contact with the sap while handling the plant, wash your hands right away.
