Echeveria 'Sarahime Botan'

Echeveria 'Sarahime Botan' boasts stunning rosettes of blue-green leaves with pink to purple tips and a delicate powdery coating. These compact rosettes, approximately 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter, produce offsets at the base to create a charming cluster. The thick, fleshy leaves start off upright but gradually spread out as the plant matures. Under stress, the topmost leaves take on a vibrant purple hue.

During the spring, the rosettes produce clusters of small, bell-shaped flowers that hang from arching stalks. The flowers are pinkish-red outside and orange inside.

Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
