Echeveria 'Melaco'

Echeveria 'Melaco' is an exceptional addition to arrangements, thanks to its tall stature and striking color variation. Its hues range from copper to plum, salmon, and chocolate brown, often featuring a sea green center. For optimum vibrancy, keep this plant by a sunlit window when grown indoors. The species is aptly named 'Melaco', derived from the Portuguese word for "molasses", due to its vibrant and lustrous leaves.

Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
