Echeveria 'Machete': An enigmatic and rare plant with distinctive growth patterns. Its loosely arranged leaves have fascinating bumps and serrations, distinguishing it from other Echeveria varieties. As the plant matures, its leaves become more idiosyncratic and may even sprout multiple tips. The origin and lineage of this silvery species remain a mystery, including the name of its hybridizer.
Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
