Echeveria 'Cante' Hybrid is a large, near-white succulent with thin, powdery leaves. It is highly sun resistant, thanks to its thick natural wax coating, giving it a frosty look. This hardy plant displays beautiful blue, lilac, and pink tones below the wax. It can reach a width of 16.0" in its native Mexico, but is not easy to propagate from leaves and may be hesitant to produce offsets.
Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
