To maintain its vibrant colors and compact, rosette shape, Echeveria needs ample sunlight. Although the plant cannot tolerate harsh frost, it can be brought indoors to a sunny windowsill or placed under a grow light when temperatures drop below freezing. To prevent any damage, it is advisable to shield the plant from intense afternoon sun during times of extreme heat.
