Echeveria "AfterGlow" is a rare and colorful succulent hybrid with rosette-shaped leaves in varying shades of pink, blue, and purple. When grown in bright sunlight, this plant can reach a width of up to 1.0'. Its thin, flexible leaves have a slight wave and are coated with a layer of farina. While it may not produce as many offsets as other varieties, this hybrid of E. shaviana x E. subrigida can still be propagated successfully from stem cuttings.
Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
