Aeonium 'Emerald Ice' is a stunning succulent hybrid prized for its compact rosettes of fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves that display a bright emerald green center surrounded by creamy white to pale yellow margins. The rosettes grow on branching stems, forming a small shrub-like plant that can reach up to 12 inches tall. When grown in full sun, the leaf edges may develop a soft pink blush, enhancing its ornamental beauty. Aeonium 'Emerald Ice' prefers mild temperatures, partial to full sun, and well-draining soil, with watering needs that are higher during its active winter growing season and minimal in summer dormancy. Its striking variegation and tidy growth habit make it a standout choice for succulent gardens and container displays.
