Tradescantia pallida 'Pale Puma' Wandering Jew
Tradescantia pallida 'Pale Puma' Wandering Jew
This particular variety of Tradescantia, known as 'Pale Puma', was first discovered by plantsman Scott Ogden. A hybrid of Tradescantia pallida and sillamontana, this plant forms a dense cluster of fleshy purple stems, adorned with glossy green and purple-tinged leaves that alternate along the stem. In bright sunlight, the entire plant takes on a stunning purple hue. In October, small white flowers appear atop the clumps. With its toughness, deer-resistance, and bold texture, this plant is a versatile choice for groundcover, hanging baskets, or container filler.
Please Note: Plant will ship bare root with little to no dirt, and you will receive a plant similar to the one in the photo. Fragile: leaves may curl, fall off, or bruise during shipping. Will recover with proper light, water, and leaf shedding.
Returns & exchanges: Not accepted
