Plants- At DesertScapeSucculent, we take great care in preparing every succulent for its journey. Each plant is hand-selected for health and quality, then gently removed from its nursery pot and shipped bare-root to ensure a clean, safe, and pest-free transit. When necessary, we allow the roots to dry before packaging to prevent moisture-related issues. Every succulent is wrapped in tissue paper to cushion it during travel and to absorb any excess moisture, then securely placed in a sturdy cardboard box so it arrives in the best possible condition.

Novelty items- whether it’s charming die-cut stickers or playful plant stakes—quickly and securely. Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day, ensuring you receive your items as soon as possible. In some cases, processing may take up to 3–5 business days, especially during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Custom Soil/Plant Care- Most orders ship the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to one to two additional business days. Because custom soil bags are blended fresh for each order, preparation may require an extra day depending on order volume.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, with stickers protected from bending and plant stakes secured to prevent damage in transit. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available), so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. In some cases, if a plant’s roots need additional time to dry fully before shipping, processing may take slightly longer. Our priority is to balance prompt shipping with proper plant care, ensuring your succulents arrive healthy and ready to thrive.

Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically arrives within three to five business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, or regional delays. Tracking information will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, product type, and destination. Custom soil bags may incur slightly higher shipping fees due to their weight and size.
