This Sempervivum 'Pilatus' has neat flattish dark reddish bronze rosettes that easily bulk up into large clumps. It grows best in a sunny, well-drained location with poor soil, often resulting in deeper coloration. Ideal for rock gardens, it can tolerate freezing temperatures and may benefit from afternoon shade during extreme heat.
