Portulaca molokiniensis

Portulaca molokiniensis (Hobdy): This unique succulent features robust stems and cupped, bright green leaves. Originally from Hawaii, it is commonly referred to as 'Ihi and can grow into a small shrub in its natural habitat. Indoors, it remains compact and can produce tall stalks with small, yellow flowers. While it cannot withstand freezing temperatures, it can be brought inside and thrive in a sunny window or under a grow light. During extreme heat, it is best to protect it from intense afternoon sun.
