Red-Head Irishman 'Mammillaria spinosissima': solitary, cylindrical cactus with rusty red spines. The green stems are adorned with tubercles that bear thin, white to reddishrown spines. It blooms with a crown of magenta flowers atop stem in spring. In its native habitat in Mexico, it can reach a of 20 inches and a diameter of 3 inches
