Pachypodium lamerei 'Ramosum' is a dwarf variety of the popular Madagascar Palm, prized for its compact growth and sculptural form. Unlike the standard Pachypodium lamerei, which can grow several feet tall, 'Ramosum' remains shorter and branches more readily, giving it a fuller, shrub-like appearance. It features a thick, spiny trunk that stores water, crowned with a rosette of narrow, leathery green leaves. In ideal conditions, it may produce fragrant white flowers in summer. Native to Madagascar and well-suited for warm, sunny environments, this drought-tolerant succulent is perfect for collectors or as a striking focal point in container gardens and arid landscapes.
