Hoya kerrii ‘Splash’, also known as the Sweetheart Hoya Splash, is a charming tropical vine prized for its thick, heart-shaped leaves adorned with silvery speckles or splashes. Native to Southeast Asia, this slow-growing member of the Apocynaceae family is often sold as a single-leaf novelty plant, but when grown from a rooted vine, it develops into a trailing or climbing specimen that can eventually produce clusters of star-shaped, fragrant white or pink flowers with red centers. Hoya kerrii ‘Splash’ thrives in bright, indirect light, with minimal watering and well-draining soil, making it an easy-care choice for indoor gardeners.
