Euphorbia beharensis
Euphorbia beharensis
Euphorbia beharensis is a rare and striking succulent shrub native to Madagascar, admired for its upright branching structure, narrow green leaves, and unique sculptural appearance. This drought-tolerant species develops thick woody stems over time, creating an elegant architectural form that makes it highly desirable among collectors of unusual succulents and caudiciform plants. It thrives in bright light, warm temperatures, and well-draining soil, requiring only moderate watering once established. During active growth, it may produce small delicate flowers that add subtle interest to its distinctive silhouette. Like many Euphorbias, this plant contains a milky white sap that can cause skin irritation and is toxic if ingested, making it not pet friendly and best kept away from pets and children.
