Echeveria 'Maria'

This beautiful Echeveria 'Maria' (Reinelt) features a sizeable, striking rosette with pointed leaves. The leaves have a vibrant green base color and develop orange to red accents on their edges and tips in bright sunlight. This variety can grow to a substantial width and is capable of withstanding light frosts. It is believed to be a descendant of E. agavoides 'Prolifera'.

Echeveria require ample sunlight to retain their vibrant colors and maintain a compact, rosette shape. While they are not able to withstand harsh frost, they can be moved indoors to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light in the event of freezing temps. To avoid damage, protect from intense afternoon sun during periods of extreme heat.
