Agave toumeyana bella
Agave toumeyana bella
Agave toumeyana bella, often called the “Bella Agave,” is a compact and highly ornamental succulent known for its tight rosettes of narrow green leaves adorned with striking white markings and fine, thread-like filaments along the edges. This slow-growing agave thrives in bright light and well-draining soil, making it an excellent choice for rock gardens, containers, or sunny indoor spaces with proper care. Despite its beauty, Agave toumeyana bella is not pet-friendly—like other agaves, it can be toxic to cats and dogs if ingested and may also cause skin irritation due to its sap, so it’s best placed out of reach of pets and handled with care.
