Agave 'Blue Emperor' is a striking and majestic cultivar known for its deep blue-gray foliage and impressive size. This agave forms a large, symmetrical rosette of thick, fleshy leaves that are heavily armored with sharp spines along the edges. Its robust, architectural appearance makes it a standout in any garden or landscape, especially in xeriscapes or desert-inspired settings. The leaves of Agave 'Blue Emperor' have a strong blue hue, which contrasts beautifully against its yellow-tipped spines. As it matures, the plant can grow up to 4-5 feet in diameter, and it produces a tall, dramatic flowering stalk when it reaches maturity.
