Sempervivum 'Pineapple Paradise' is a striking cultivar that boasts a vibrant yellow coloration reminiscent of a pineapple, especially when grown outdoors in bright sunlight. In certain seasons, the leaves may display a bold cherry red contrast, either at the tips or in the center of the rosette. These plants thrive during the spring and summer with weekly watering and partial shade in temperatures above 80F. They are highly frost-resistant and can withstand winter months under a blanket of snow, though it is important to protect them from heavy rainfall and standing water to prevent rot.
