Aeonium 'Garnet'
Aeonium 'Garnet'
Aeonium 'Garnet' is a stunning succulent, also known as Aeonium 'Irish Eyes'. Its numerous branches form a dense mound, crowned with glossy rosettes in a rich garnet hue. This plant grows up to 2 feet (60 cm) tall and 4 feet (1.2 m) wide. The center of the rosettes maintains a green tint during hot summer months, earning it the nickname A. 'Irish Eyes'. Its leaves are redder than its parent plant, Aeonium 'Zwarzkop'. In spring, older rosettes produce small, yellow, star-shaped flowers in large clusters on stalks up to 8 inches (20 cm) tall. The rosettes will wilt and die after blooming.
